THERAPY & PARENT COACHING

Family Therapy, Couples' & Individual Therapy

Family Therapy and Systemic Psychotherapy Sessions both with Individuals, Parents, Couples and Families with Children. The sessions are delivered by a fully qualified and warranted family therapist.
Parent Coaching
Parent Coaching can help you deal with difficulties you might be facing with the upbringing of your child without feeling judged or made to feel like you are not a good parent. You will be listened to and together with the Parent Coach come up with an individualised Parenting Programme and parenting tools suited to your particular situation.

Gestalt Psychotherapy
​
Gestalt Psychotherapy looks into the creative adjustments which are interrupting the fulfillment of one's potential. Together the client and the therapist create a safe space in which to help the client flourish and be at peace with who they have become.

We are a team of Fully Trained, Qualified and Warranted Professionals with over twelve years of experience in social care services. The team has a background in Social Work, Family Therapy and Systemic Psychotherapy, Gestalt Psychotherapy, Positive Parenting and Psychology.
